Blue Ridge Slingshot Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we deem a safety risk to themselves or others based on observed behavior and interactions with staff. Drivers and passengers visibly intoxicated or under the influence displaying unsafe or anti-social behaviors will not be given service. There will be no refunds for drivers or passengers refused.
